Testing & Specs

Most stringent international standards

Our pneumatic and D.O.T. air brake fittings are rigorously tested to meet maximum operating pressures up to 150 PSI for standard commercial vehicle applications, ensuring leak-free performance under heavy-duty conditions.

Engineered for extreme environments, our high-performance brass fittings typically operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -40°F to +200°F (-40°C to 93°C), depending on the specific D.O.T. or industrial standards.

We implement strict quality control at every stage. Our fittings undergo extensive tensile strength testing, vibration resistance checks, and cycle testing to guarantee long-lasting durability in commercial transportation and industrial pneumatics.

Yes. Backed by our integrated brass mill and over 100 CNC machines, we provide full OEM/ODM services. We can manufacture products using standard brass, DZR brass, or Lead-Free brass (AB1953 / NSF-61 compliant) based on your specific requirements.
